The years passed by…
But the memories are fresh…
Of seeing her body…
Wrapped in that dress…
A dancing vision…
With haunting eyes…
His view was drawn…
To her hold up thighs…
And in that moment…
His mind was blown…
The plan was set…
The seeds were sown…
She danced for pleasure…
And danced for fun…
But his cold black heart…
Knew she was the one…
She’d be his first…
But not the last…
As in that moment…
The die was cast…
An overwhelming desire…
To assume full control…
He knew he would steal…
Her pure white soul…
He followed her home…
And forced her inside…
Held her hostage…
As she cried, all tied…
He kissed her cheek…
And made her beg…
He had his way…
On her freshly made bed…
When he took her life…
Stole her final breath…
It was so very powerful…
He will never forget…
A feeling he chases…
Each and every day…
Now serial killer…
Seeking out his next prey…

Wow. The dark voice drew me “in places deep”.
Thanks Tracey – isn’t it just the most amazing song! Cheers J
I will second, “Well done.”
Thanks Keith – I felt I needed to head back to pure darkness for a whilst 😉 Cheers J

Not a problem at all and thank you for inviting me as a guest poet.
Could I email you a poem I’ve already written or do you prefer a new one? Thanks for your kind words. ‘Amazing’ is quite unexpected but much appreciated.
You’re welcome – you choose – I look forward to it! Cheers J
Wow! This is very intense. I am very impressed with how well you created a dark and sinister mood in such a short time. Great job!

The title alone already gives me the shivers! Beautiful dark poem, J! 😀 ❤
I can’t claim credit for the title – amazing song though! Cheers J
