Life’s just too short…
To play this game…
Each time I do…
I’m burnt by the flame…
So take your foot…
From off my head…
Allow me to breathe…
And live my life instead…
Of waiting for you…
To give me a sign…
Or show to me…
That you could be mine…
I just can’t keep waiting…
For you to play fair…
Or give me a hint…
That you actually care…
It’s such hard work…
Consumes all my time…
Thinking about you…
Is that such a crime…
Even if that is bad…
I’ll tell you what’s worse…
You infecting me with…
This impossible curse…
A never ending vision…
Cemented into my mind…
Just one perfect moment…
Frozen in space and time…
You knew I’d want more…
Of that there’s no doubt…
So come and find me…
Quietly, no need to shout…
Just come and hold me…
And give me your tongue…
Because this battle has ended…
The war has long been won…
You don’t need to say it…
A simple kiss will do…
So stop playing games…
And let me inside you…

loved your post. Now I am unable to reblog it, though, with the new changes in WP which really suck.
I hadn’t realised – that sucks! But the fact you read means more to me than reblogs George! Cheers J
I’m still not happy with current process on WP, it’s like they don’t want to make it convenient. Actually I don’t think they realized the changes they made, afraid they migrated a beta change from their WP.org platform and it doesn’t work well in our WP.com blogs. Still waiting for an answer from the “geniuses.” TY, I will still try to make enough time to continue my sharing ways of old. I will try other ways, bc, if I enjoy your work, I know others will and that’s my way of trying to add more smile and laughs into the world we share. Life is too short and love is too important not to share happiness and compassion.

Awesome!!!
Thank you! Cheers J
I love this one and believe it or not I often feel this way about my wife- a woman I’ve been with for 35 years! She isn’t very demonstrative so I have to read between the lines to feel her incredible love. She embodies the personality of the stereotypical 1950’s MAN!
A universal thing for most men I would suggest Keith! Cheers J
